Rise and shine loves! It’s a beautiful morning and I can definitely feel Fall starting to settle in here in NC. The afternoons are still a little hot but the mornings are so cool and comfortable it is really amazing. I’m ready and willing to embrace sweater weather and boot season but have a feeling it may be October before I fully transition my closet. In the mean time I’m totally feeling this black and white. I think no matter what your style, we can all agree that black & white combos are super classic and always in style. I really love this CeCe shift dress. It is super sleek and easy to dress up with some dainty sandals or easy for the streets with my Pumas. I’m a firm believer you gotta make your wardrobe work for you and get the most out of it, so I love experimenting with different looks and ways to style things. Sometimes it’s the obvious choice, other times I’m pleasantly surprised by the risk of throwing random stuff together. Also- I’m super in to this athleisure trend. I’ll take any excuse to wear flats and sneaks with anything and everything and call it chic. I took the (not so steep) plunge on these sneaks a few months ago but really took my time picking out a version of the white sneak trend that worked for me. While the Adidas Superstars are awesome, I wanted something that not everyone had but still carried the look I wanted. Enter the fabulous style here. The silver basket weave detail is subtle but still noticeable and sets my feet apart from the masses.
