Good morning babes! Do you ever have those days where you wake up feeling confident and ready to rock something awesome? You know exactly what you are going to wear that day without trying on a million things and you know you’re just going to love the outcome thus boosting your self confidence even more. This, my friends and followers, is one of those outfits for me. I just knew it from the minute I put it on that it was going to make me have all the good feels. Now, I have to admit, my mind immediately goes to the late great Johnny Cash. He was a big part of my childhood and my parents & grand parents loved his stuff. I was late to come around as a fan, but am reminded of his edgy cool demeanor every time I wear all black. This leather skirt totally adds to the edge factor and was such a steal. It was the last one in my size and once I tried it on I knew it was going to be the staple I have been looking for. It is unfortunately sold out now, but I have linked some good ones below that will help you re-create this look. With all of the up and down weather we have been having lately I kicked my doubts about wearing leather in the spring because when it feels like fall all day, I need all the extra warmth I can get. I really love wearing all black or all white. It takes the work out of getting ready and some days I just prefer easy. But most of you know I love color,  so,  for the heck of it, I threw on this simple colorful strand necklace, a crazy colorful clutch and these amazing DV heels that I practically live in. It’s just enough to give this classic look a modern touch and a personal spin.
