Polka Dot Blouse - Reese's Hardwear

I don’t know about y’all but I get into the worst slumps in the winter. With bitter cold temps, it’s hard to dress cute or even fashionable when all you want to do is wear the chunkiest sweaters and jeans. Sometimes I need a really fun piece like this large polka dot blouse to inspire a little fun and creativity.

After the holiday hangover passes, my mind goes straight to Spring with a minor pit stop on Valentine’s Day. I’ve mentioned it a few times over the years (specifically last year) that Wes and I don’t really do much for Vday. I love all holidays so I use it as an excuse to overload on pink and chocolate. If your vday plans are on the low key side of things, this may be the date night look for you. It’s not super swanky and far from formal, but it is warm and a step up from the jeans and chunky sweaters you may have been living in. I love the large scale of this polka dot blouse. Most dot prints are pretty small and still fabulous, but the large dots really make a statement. I also love that it is thin enough to layer but loose enough to stand on it’s own once it warms up. I am also really loving the dramatic bell sleeve. It’s kind of hard to tell here since the wind was a little gusty, but they are so fab!
