The Nordstrom Sale opens to the public tomorrow and I’m really hoping they do an epic re-stock of all the favorites because there’s nothing left. For today, I’m going to share 7 looks I put together with items from the Nordstrom Sale and some of the items I purchase (and kept). I say that because, as I said last week, the stores have NOTHING. You have to order everything online and try on at home because the stock in-store is really, really limited or already sold out. Needless to say, I made a hefty return because several items were not what I was expecting, had a terrible fit or poor quality. I hope this is helpful as you shop. Floral Dress + Plaid Trench: This sweet floral dress was a favorite. The material wasn’t what I was expecting, but overall I really like this dress. I usually don’t shop the Gal Meets Glam collection, but this one looked like a fun Fall dress and the back detail was so cute. It’s easy to dress up or down and plays well with other prints. I loved pairing it with the light version of this plaid trench for a more complete look.

Leopard Cardigan + Lace Cami: I am so excited about this leopard cardigan! I have been looking for the perfect long leopard cardigan for years now and have finally found it at the most incredible price! It is so soft and comfy but still fabulous to wear with just about anything. I paired it with my go-to lace cami (also part of the sale) and easy jeans for a super casual look. TBH – I love getting dressed up and wearing all the looks I put together, but these days this is as fancy as it gets.

Funnel Neck Sweater + Wool Hat:
Every year the Nordstrom sale rolls around I scope out Free People sweaters. They are the be-all-end-all of Fall sweaters. This is 100% my go-to outfit formula for the colder months: jeans, booties, sweater & hat. It’s cozy, warm and still looks completely put together. PS- My python booties are super old but they have a fab pair included in the sale- linked here.

Boucle Trench Jacket + Stripe Cashmere Wrap:
These are easily two of my favorite purchases ever. This boucle trench is just as comfy as it looks. I will 100% be wearing this non-stop from here on out. The cashmere wrap is bursting with all the amazing fall hues and is so soft. The quality is incredible and what you would expect from a 100% cashmere item.

I already touched on the plaid trench in the white version in look 1, but I am obsessed with this color combo as well. It is so fun and has a light blue streak to balance all the warm hues. I popped this camo sweater underneath for some fun pattern play and really love the look.

Paisley Dress + Plaid Wool Coat:
I talked about this paisley dress a bit in my Instagram try-on session of the Nordstrom Sale. I love the color breaks but mostly how fun it is paired with this wool coat. The coat is under $100 for the sale which is a great price for a casual coat like this one. It does run pretty large so consider going 1-2 sizes down.

Seven.
Plaid Blazer + Polka Dot Cami:
I am so into plaid for fall but mainly blazers and jackets. This blazer caught my eye because it is a great take on a menswear suiting pattern but has pops of the most ladylike pink. I love it paired with this cami (still lots in stock in lots of colors/patterns) and how the pinks match perfectly and allow for another fun pattern play. But honestly, what doesn’t go with polka dots?!
