Happy Friday Jr loves! I have really been obsessing over wrap dresses lately, especially this yellow wrap dress. I usually have a hard no policy to linen since it wrinkles the second you set or make a wrong step, but this dress has a good weight to it so it stays fresh even after a few up and downs.  The ruffle sleeves and hem give it just the right amount of lady like frill and the color is so happy and sunny. I am also really into the fit of this dress.

I have a difficult time finding dresses that fit right in certain silhouettes. Sheath and shift dresses often pucker or bulge in the midsection or are too tight in the booty but loose everywhere else. This yellow wrap dress has such a flattering fit and would look so good on several body types. I attribute it’s forgiving nature to the front wrap layer. It is easily adjustable so you can cinch or let out the fit in the waist as much as you need. And if you’re one of those ladies that likes to buy it in every color, you can do that with this dress too! I have found it in so many beautiful Spring shades and have linked them all for you below. So, if you don’t need it in every color and yellow is really your thing, you can choose, gingham, black, red or purple. Hoorah!

On another note, I am totally obsessed with these loafers. I have posted them to instagram a few times but cannot tell you how stinkin adorable they really are. They are also super comfy. I usually put on a new pair of shoes anticipating the first few wears to be painful and rough at best to get them broken in. These shoes have been amazing since day 1 and were a great pair to wander around Charleston in. Speaking of, anyone heading down to Charleston for the bridge run!? Wes and I say we’re going to do it every year but have yet to actually pull the trigger on that one.
