While I have to admit I’ve been crushing hard on yellow this season, I cannot deny my love for it’s citrus counterpart, orange. It’s been a while since orange has had a moment and honestly, I think it’s totally underrated. I’ve been guilty of dismissing it in the past but it totally came to life for me with this orange ruffle dress. It’s another incredible find from my unlimited membership with Rent the Runway. (You can see my blue looks here and here.) Similar to yellow, it’s a color I can only pull off with a healthy tan. Styling this orange ruffle dress was so fun. I kept it simple yet chic and paired it back to neutral accessories and coordinating shades of orange. This Zac Posen satchel has been on my list for a while now so I was dying to pair it with this dress since the peach and other color 3D flowers coordinate with the orange so well. I am so inspired by new colors and love experimenting with different combos. While I kept it neutral and even toned here, I love orang with light shades of blue, green and of course yellow.
